2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. – on the water practice allowed – boats may not launch after 5:30 P. M.
3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. – Registration and lightweight crews weigh-in at regatta site boathouse.
7:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. – Coaches and coxswains meeting in the registration are of the upper boat house

Saturday, March 24, 2012
6:15 A.M. – Officials meeting at regatta site lower boathouse
7:00 A.M. – Officials launch on the course
7:15 A.M. – First Call Event # 1
7:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. - Lightweight crew weigh-in at the regatta site boathouse
8:00 A.M. – Event #1 first race begins
