Entry Information

Entry Deadline
All crews must register on-line on the Regatta Central link: http://www.regattacentral.com/
Registration deadline is Friday March 17, 2017. Entry fees are also due at this time. Entries received after this date will be accepted on an "if a lane is available" basis. All individual waivers must be received by Wednesday, March 22, 2017. Please provide on-line waivers via the USRowing Web site or the Regatta Central website.

Entry Fees
Eights - $110.00
Fours and Quads - $95.00

Doubles and Pairs - $80.00
Singles - $50.00

In the event of a natural disaster or other acts of God, fees may not be refunded.

Preliminary Schedule
A preliminary schedule of events and seeding will be posted on the JohnHunterRegatta.com Website by Sunday, March 19th. This will not be the final heat sheet and will be subject to changes. The final heat sheet will be distributed at the Coaches and Coxswains’ meeting, 7:00 am Saturday morning for college teams and 7:00 am Sunday morning for youth teams.

USRowing Waivers
A signed copy or electronically signed copy of the USRowing Release and Liability Waiver Form must be received for each rower.

Youth team rowers under the age of 19 must have a parent signed waiver.

If it is determined that there are missing waivers, the Regatta Registrar will notify the team coach or representative indicated on Regatta Central registration, via e-mail by Wednesday, March 22, 2017. Rowers will not be allowed to row if they have not been able to provide a signed USRowing waiver.


Registration Hours
Teams may register at the Lake Lanier boat house on Friday March 24th from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm and on Saturday, March 25th from 7:00 am to 9:00 am.  Saturday college team registrations will move to the 1st floor of the Finish Tower after 9:00 am.


Youth teams may register on Saturday March 25th from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Sunday morning at the Finish Tower after 9:00 am.


Awards
We plan heats and finals for entries in the College 4+ and 8+ varsity events with first, second and third place medals awarded for the finals.

Youth events will be flights only for 2017

Each flight will award first, second and third place medals.

We will hold several sponsored championship trophy events, awarding the winning team a race trophy plus their individual gold medals.

Official results will be posted on the Results Board at the Olympic Tower. Medals and trophies may be picked up at the awards table outside the tower.
